We provide access, opportunities and resources for those: pre-career, entry-level, early-life entrepreneurs, & career transitioning entrepreneurs, to become their most successful self. Our purpose is to foster an environment of success for our family, our employees, the African-American community, and other communities of limited opportunity.
The Webbs got their start in franchising in 1971 when Reggie Webb started working for the McDonald’s Corporation. In 1985 Reggie retired as the Vice-President, responsible for Southern California, to begin his life as an entrepreneur. He and his wife, René purchased their first two McDonald’s franchises in Pomona, California. Reggie ran the operations, while René, an accountant, ran the back office.
The business is principally operated by two of Reggie and René's children. Kiana is the President & COO of Webb Family Enterprises while Kyle works as the CFO of Webb Family Enterprises and CEO of Webb Family Investments.
Both are also McDonald’s franchisees.
The Webb's oldest child Karim, an approved franchisee of McDonald’s, decided he wanted something a little different. In 1997, Karim purchased a Buffalo Wild Wings and now has four locations in the cities of Torrance, Los Angeles, and Carson.
Apart from their business ventures, each of the Webb family members sits on multiple non-profit boards that promote education, health services, and entrepreneurial efforts.
